I have been living in France for 25 years.

After obtaining a BA in French, German and Spanish from Cardiff University and an MA in Translation and Interpreting from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, I had the opportunity to live in Argentina, Belgium and Germany, which enabled me to perfect my five languages (Welsh, English, French, German and Spanish). I also developed my public relations and commercial skills, while sharing my observations in the British media.

With my Welshwoman of the Year trophy, two passports, deep Welsh roots and extensive experience of the language, culture and way of life of my adopted country, my aim is to become an instrument of communication between Wales and France, and to represent this relationship on the world stage.

Today, I’m based in Burgundy, an exceptional terroir at the heart of wine, tourism, industry, culture and gastronomy. Promoting Wales and contributing to its international reputation is one of the greatest adventures I’ve ever had.
